Prior dealership or automotive experience is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right candidate with the right drive and attitude.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

Greet and engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles
Guide customers through the entire sales process: test drives, financing options, and paperwork
Maintain relationships with new and existing customers to encourage repeat business
Consistently achieve monthly sales goals and performance benchmarks
Stay knowledgeable about all new Buick and GMC models as well as pre-owned inventory
Use CRM systems and technology to follow up with leads and manage sales activity

REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

Previous sales experience; automotive preferred
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
Customer-first attitude with excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and closing abilities
Comfortable using technology, CRM tools, and social media for outreach
Professional appearance and adherence to dealership dress code
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Ability to pass a pre-screening process including background and drug test
