Bret was the first point of contact for providing the service for my 2010 GMC Yukon XL. I can say that Bret is a valuable asset to the service department at Century. In a matter of minutes, he had me scheduled for the air bag recall on my vehicle, having checked on the part availability and assuring me that the service department could complete the repair in a timely manner. I am an automotive technician and retired teacher of automotive technology having taught a couple of Century/s technicians in the past. It is unlikely that I will need to rely on outside help keeping my Yukon well maintained, but if the need should arise, Bret and the technicians and parts folks will be my solution.

I had an appointment for a specific time, upon arrival I was advised that was just a placeholder and didn't mean my truck would get worked on right away. 2.5hrs later I was out of there with an oil and tire rotation. To top it off, the oil change for a 3.0 Diesel was $181 dollars, the price has steadily going up since I started going there. I use to pay around $150 after taxes, not worth going there if you account for the wait time and constant price increases. Please don't say inflation, the price increase has been in just one year.

I had an appointment for 12:00pm for an oil change. My car wasn’t even taken back until after 2:00pm and wasn’t ready until 3:00pm. I even signed up to be driven home and they never approached me until 2:15pm at which time it was already too late. I sat and waited over 3 hours for a simple oil change. Why would they schedule a 12:00 appointment if they couldn’t see my car until 2:00? On top of that, I watched other individuals with complex issues (sensor malfunctions, etc) be serviced and completed before my oil change. I don’t plan to return for oil change services.

My chief complaint of my radio randomly coming on after the car is off is still unresolved due to Century Buick not being able to replicate the issue, however, my 5-6 other issues with my 2024 Buick Envista ST is now resolved. Also, Century Buick GMC needs to inspect the machines in their gym because most don't work properly. Overall, my experiences with Century Service Dep are mostly positive even if my Envista sucks.

Great experience. Joe and DJ were great. I was pretty surprised to get the truck back with the tire pressure light on and tire pressure low, and that not be something they would have voluntarily taken care of, not that I can’t fill them up myself but pretty surprised by that. Plus it said they did a multipoint inspection, which now I doubt if they just overlooked the tire pressure light.

I appreciated the dealership working with me on the overall cost but this was not offered up, I had to reach out to GM to get guidance and when presented to the service rep I was initially met with resistance. Other repairs requested were missed or repaired sloppy. Invoice stated multipoint inspection was performed which was clearly not true based on repairs that were missed.

Two hours for an oil change is just insane and when you ask what the status is and find out that they forgot to tell you it was complete makes it even worse! Need to separate routine maintenance from other services, an oil change should take no longer than 20-30 minutes if you want to have any hope of having a repeat customer.

Good morning, I am very sorry about your recent visit taking too long. I apologize but we are not a drive through or a Jiffy Lube or Take 5, that only changes your oil with inferior oil and filters. When you enter our service facility, you drove over our Tred Spec equipment, that takes an MRI image of your tires, for your safety. Our oil change includes 100 % Dexos Full Synthetic oil. It also includes a factory AC Delco oil filter with the proper check valve. As part of our oil change service we rotate your tires, this is required every 5K to 6K miles, as per your tire manufacture. We then have to use a computer to relearn the tire location on your vehicle. We also reset your oil life monitor. While the technician is performing your oil change is is also filling out and checking all safety aspects of your vehicle. He is checking lights, wipers, air and cabin filters, brake wear and tire wear. Please note all of this work takes a minimum of 90 minutes with 2 techs working on your vehicle. As a Valued customer of Century Buick GMC we provide all Oil change customers with a free complimentary Roadside assistance package. It is a $ 330 value. If you need a tow, we cover $ 200. of the tow. If you blow a tire we pay $ 100. towards a replacement tire, if you just get a screw or nail we do a radial patch plug from the inside $ 39.95 all for FREE ! Your oil change sticker has the phone number and claim number for your roadside assistance. I hope you see the value in Century Buick GMC Oil change services. I feel like I was taken advantage of on extra labor for a 15k maintenance. There was an extra $109 labor charge that didn’t make sense. Joe b at first said it would be 3 hundred and something, then went to $450 and it ended up being over $500 for a maintenance. I’ll be sure to get a final price before agreeing to anything if I decide to come back there for my oil change.

This was our 2 dealership that Saturday morning, the first one Freman buick GMC in Lutz didn't want to help us at all on the price of a 2025 GMC Yukon Denali and absolutely didn't want to budget on the price. My last experience at a major dealership was not that pleasant, I won't mention which one, but this dealership was very easy and we felt comfortable. Karina went above and beyond, she even skipped lunch to wait on us, even though we insisted her to eat! Karina also spent a lot of time going over all the new infotainment system which being old school really helped me to understand how everything worked. We both enjoyed the waiting room with the snacks and coffee. Brad was a huge help in getting the financing in order and made quite a few calls to rectify the paperwork. I’ve brought my truck in approximately eight times for the same recurring issue with the camera system. Each time, updates have been performed, but the problem continues and has not been resolved. At this point, the time, effort, and frustration I’ve experienced are unacceptable. It’s clear that software updates are not fixing the problem, and it’s time to take further steps. I’m requesting that the camera system be replaced entirely to resolve this issue once and for all. Please let me know how we can move forward promptly. I had a fantastic experience. I showed up without an appointment and Stan greeting me in the lobby within just a minute or two of being there. I already know what car I wanted to purchase, Stan showed me a car that met my requirements, we test drove it and came back to his office for what was a very smooth completion of the sale and paperwork. Stan was extremely knowledgeable of my Buick Envista's features, programming OnStar and setting up Apple Car Play. Carol was also wonderful to work with on finalizing all the sales paperwork. We had a great time chatting through the process. As a sidenote, I live in St. Pete and have had my old Buick serviced at Crown many times. When I was researching to purchase my new Buick, Century Buick had a wider selection and better pricing. Century exceeded my expectations and made this purchase experience the best I ever had.

My wife and I went in on our first trip in and had the worst experience in 40+ years of buying vehicles because of one “sales associate.” This led to a lengthy phone conversation with “Mark” one of the sales managers the following day to go over the prior days incident. I had zero intention of doing any business with Century GMC ever after this incident. Mark and I had a lengthy conversation and it left the door cracked for future business. The stars aligned and i was nearby a couple days later and Mark put us with “Robert” another sales associate and he was great to deal with. This led to a deal being made and delivery of our new 2500HD the following day which was handled by “Ryan” because Robert was off. Ryan was extremely professional and did a good job on delivery and knew the product well. The only thing that was a little lacking was the PDI inspection. A couple tires were way off on air pressure (one front and one rear), the def fluid was also down by a couple gallons. Ryan took care of the tire pressure and has me coming back when I’m in the area to top off the DEF (both of these are minor issues). The other annoyance was the cleanliness of the outside of the truck. I’m sure it was taken through a carwash but it really needed a true detail to make it shine to remove spots, etc and make it shine. Mark, Robert and Ryan were good to deal with and I would recommend all three at Century GMC.

Had a good overall experience after having our car serviced. Initially I was shocked paying almost 1k for an oil change, tranny flush, rear wiper replacement, cabin filter and throttle body cleaning. Rep was able to take off 20% with an in house promotion, still seems like a heavy expense for such little service. After taking off 20% they added some shop fees of $45, so overall that discount quickly reduced off the $100 to $65. I understand taking your car to dealer you are paying premium however in today’s world everything is over inflated no matter where you go unless you do services your self. I take my car to the dealer so it shows it has a great history of service in car fax reporting etc. It would have been nice to get a full inspection report with color codes of brake wear, tire wear etc, I thought I received this the last time we took our car to this dealer. Overall, the service rep was very friendly but I do feel like I should have received more service for the amount of money that was spent. I may do my own oil changes and filter changes on my own next time.

This was my first visit to your service department, and I couldn’t have been happier. My service advisor, Roy Ambler, was excellent. I had mistakenly missed my appointment the previous week, but when I showed up without notice, they welcomed me right in—such great service! Over the past year, I battled with Stellantis over a defective 2022 RAM. They had my truck on four separate occasions—totaling nearly four months—trying to fix an issue where it would shut off while driving - dangerous is an understatement (eTorque problem). Despite this, they were unwilling or unable to resolve it. The situation ultimately went to mediation, which forced a buyback. My experience with Stellantis, from corporate down to the local service team, was terrible. I chose GM after learning about the 6.2L issue and how the company took responsibility and stood behind its customers. Engineering mistakes happen, but GM’s honesty and accountability truly impressed me—something Stellantis refused to show until compelled by law. I’m now a proud, lifelong GM customer. Thank you for restoring my faith in great products and great service.

First of all, they did me a very good service, it is not possible to change fluids to transmission and differentials, and at 20,000 miles it will not work. And the other thing is that if I go for oil change, they do not have to look for more disease in the vehicle. To do that, I should ask the owner of the vehicle if he wants to do it. En primer lugar me hicieron un servicio anterior de pesima calidad, no es posible que se haga cambio de fluidos a la transmisión y diferenciales y a las 20mil millas no sirva. Y lo otro es que si voy por cambio de aceite no tienen que buscar mas enfermedad al vehiculo. Para hacer eso deberia pregustarle al dueño del vehículo si lo quiere hacer.

Good Visit Overall. However, I called the week before to schedule the Recall Service Appointment. I got the Service Department Voice Mail, I left a message requesting a call back and the scheduling for the Service Recall Appointment. I received no call back, in turn I had to call the next week to personally schedule the appointment, at this time I was able to reach a Service Manager to get the appointment scheduled. I am usually a very loyal individual to the Dealership that I purchase the vehicle from, however, you are not endearing yourself to me. It maybe time for me to find another Dealership who can service My Warranty and Periodic Service Needs. Over the life a vehicle that is a lot of money.

Friendly, informative and direct service tech. Knew I was waiting and got me in and out...altho the waiting area is very pleasant and customer friendly. I meant to use the exercise room and walk on the treadmill but too comfy sitting down watching tv and sipping free, complimentary coffee. Being retired, I am not an early riser (just because I can, lol) so a 10:30 apptmt is almost like the crack of dawn so I really needed that coffee.

It was a unpleasant experience, I went there to service my car, oil change and tire rotation. The sales man tells me that based on my 14,600 milage, I will need extra things done. The advisor made me re align my tires when it was not needed. I pay for something I didn't need. If the car was not missed align, why would they need to re align? I will not be coming back to service my car.

We picked up the car and went to dinner and on our way we realized the check engine light was on. My husband called the dealership and they said we had to bring it back to be reset. They would be closing at 6. He made it back in time but our dinner was ruined. I had dinner packed up and took it home. This was very inconvenient. We have always had great service with our service representative Brett, who is no longer with Century Buick. Brett had been our representative since we bought our car there. This was our first time with a new representative. Hopefully this was a fluke.

With Brett leaving, I was handed off to Joe. It was, by far, one of the worst experiences I've had at a service dept. I was charged diagnostics fees to simply look at my tailgate buttons and tell me they needed replaced. I was also pitched to purchase a bunch of random stuff that was never solicited to me from Brett, including fuel induction, coolant flush, brake flush, and the worst of all, an alignment and balance of my tires - which were purchased from your dealership in May of last year. I ask Joe why would need an alignment and balance since I just purchased tires and he just started fumbling over excuses. A simple review of my file by him before offering this would've easily shown him that this was unnecessary and excessive. It's just pure laziness to be honest and really bad business. I'm unlikely to give business to century ever again for service or for sales. I will be posting a google review as well.
