The entry-level SLE trim is well-equipped with standard LED headlights as well as LED taillights. The SLE comes with a standard rear vision camera, wireless Apple CarPlay, and wireless Android Auto. The SLT adds a heated steering wheel and a hands-free programmable power liftgate to the Terrain.
Drivers who choose the AT4 will love its more rugged capabilities, including all-wheel drive and a front steel skid plate. Available High Definition Surround Vision
This advanced technology will use multiple cameras to create a digital overhead image of the space surrounding your SUV. This image will be displayed on your touchscreen. It uses your standard rear vision camera as well as forward-facing views to create this image.
Additionally, this feature allows you to focus just on what you want to see. You can select from views including a top-down view, front and rear overhead, or front and rear cross-traffic views. This technology is available on the SLT, AT4, and Denali trims.
Advanced Assist Technology
Every 2024 Terrain comes standard with GMC Pro Safety. This package includes assistive technology like a lane keep assist with lane departure warning, helping you avoid drifting out of your lane. The package also includes a forward collision alert, front pedestrian braking, and automatic emergency braking. The standard automatic high beam technology will handle adjusting for glare for oncoming traffic for you, so you can stay focused on the road.
There is also an available package called GMC Pro Safety Plus. This package is standard on the AT4 and Denali trims. It adds several features, including a lane change alert with a side blind zone alert. Additionally, the package adds parking assist technology.
