The Acadia Denali is a midsize SUV. The whole idea being that you get to tailor the vehicle capacity to suit your needs at the time. You decide whether you need max people room of max cargo room or some blend of the two. This is part of what makes the Acadia Denali such a popular vehicle. The other reasons are ride, performance and safety.

The front facia of the new GMC Acadia Denali resembles that of the GMC Sierra. The handsome new look tells you a lot about this versatile family hauler. When properly equipped, the Acadia Denali can tow up to 4,000-lbs. And has up to 79 cubic feet of cargo space. The Acadia Denali also has 3-rows of seats and room for up to 7-people. You can hardly top that unless you enter the realm of commercial vehicles.

There are available Roof Rack Cross Rails you can add to your Acadia Denali when you need to carry more people and more cargo. A Retractable Cargo Shade and Vertical Cargo Net can be added to help keep things private and organized. Once again showing the versatility of the GMC Acadia.

The new Acadia Denali has over 7″ of ground clearance for those times when going off-road is required. And, AWD is available so the Acadia Denali can handle off road adventures and camping trips without blinking.

A V-6 with a new 9-speed automatic transmission power the new Acadia Denali and the vehicle is at the top of the charts where trim level is concerned. So, even standard equipment is way ahead of similar midsize SUVs. Certainly, all the tech your family needs these days to stay connected to their digital lives.

Come in to Century Buick GMC in TAMPA  to test drive the GMC Acadia and see how it fits into your busy life.

Have you ever looked at something and marveled at its design and thought, that’s a good idea? We all have, and it seems to be happening more every day. Smart design does not just happen and neither did the 2021 Buick Encore GX. This five-person SUV has been innovated, crafted and engineered to fit the way your life moves. The stylish lines, nimble handling, intelligent technology and the peace and quiet of a Buick all work together to make life easier.
The 2021 Buick Encore GX is lower, wider and longer than other version of this popular SUV. Which means more shoulder room, more hip room and a wonderful center armrest which tops a cavernous storage space. Don’t you just love practical engineering?!
Let me tell you a secret. Some 2021 Buick Encore GX models can carry six persons. Yes, they can. Providing that one of those “persons” is named Alexa. Okay, technically, Alexa is a Built-In functionality on select Encore GX models, and part of the Buick Infotainment System. Which is exactly where she belongs. Very considerate of her by not taking up any space.
One thing Alexa will never do is cry, “Shot Gun,” when the car starts. Alexa will not keep asking you, “Are we there yet?”, and not because she doesn’t care, but because like you and your passengers, she is just enjoying the ride. What Alexa can do is obey your voice commands to connect to your favorite music service or podcast, or get directions, make calls, check your calendar, tell you a joke, add items to your Whole Foods shopping cart and a lot more.
Isn’t it amazing what you can do while driving a Buick Encore GX? Busy lives can become so much easier and productive when you drive a vehicle loaded with good ideas. In fact, visiting our showroom would be a very good idea should you want to see the Encore GX for yourself.

The Hummer is coming back and will be in showrooms next year, but you can order yours starting this Fall. The new Hummer will not be a running on fossil fuels but rather electricity. Yes, the new Hummer will be an all-electric vehicle. The Hummer EV will be as 2022 model, have 1,000-hp and 11,500 lb-ft of torque, do 0-60 in about 3 seconds. It will be a Hummer sport truck. We are talking about a Hummer EV Sport Utility Truck.

GM is going big on electrification and the GMC Hummer EV is about as big as it gets. With an equal commitment to quality and performance the 2022 Hummer EV is something special. What makes this all possible is a driveline and power system called Ultium. The All-New 2022 Hummer has an Ultium Propulsion System and joins the GMC Professional Grade lineup. This speaks to how the Hummer EV will share construction principles with other GMC vehicles and not be a stand-alone odd ball. Again, proof that GM is in this for the long haul.
The Ultium Propulsion System is the product of the GM Propulsion Systems Research Lab. The 2022 Hummer EV started with a clean sheet of paper as far as the drive unit and the battery. The Ultium name covers the battery, the electric systems, and the motors. Designing the whole thing together makes the system more flexible.

It all comes down to coming up with a great battery cell and turning that cell into part of a great battery with a great propulsion system. The battery chemistry is Nickel Cobalt Manganese Aluminum. The net result is 70 percent less cobalt. GM’s ability to stack more, or less cell modules into the battery pack is at least one factor in making propulsion, at this level, possible. Stacking modules horizontally or vertically, depending on the type of vehicle, also contribute to efficient design. That is an oversimplification, but we are trying to keep the “wonk factor” under control.

The floor of the vehicle houses the battery pack which is an integral part of the Hummer’s structure. A structure designed by the Hummer structural team not the electronics team. Which is the best way to assure the battery cells are protected in a crash and it makes the vehicle stiffer.

The net result is a 2022 Hummer EV that you can drive for 300 miles before charging and perhaps as much 400 miles between charges. It is a new day as far a driving is concerned. You can be a part of the historic first run this fall.
